PASTOR OLUBI JOHNSON, (BSc. MSc. Ph.D)
Pastor Olubi Johnson is the President of Christ Life Ministries and Founder/Setman of Scripture Pasture Christian Centre Ibadan, Nigeria. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lifeforte International High and Junior Schools, Biscordint Travels, Lifeforte Holdings and Investments and is the Nigeria Master Affiliate of Linux Professional Institute (LPI). Pastor Olubi Johnson is the Chairman Board of Trustees Elyon Koinonia Estate Developers Limited, Living Mercy Voice Foundation, a charity organization established by Scripture Pasture Christian Centre and Lifeforte Scholarship Foundation.
He holds a first class Bachelors and Masters degree in Physics from the University of Ibadan. He is also an alumnus of Imperial College London where he completed postgraduate coursework in Communication Engineering. His love for the challenge of research in cutting-edge Computational Theoretical Physics led him, after many years of fruitful ministry, to return to his passion for academic research and attainment, and was recently awarded a PhD. in Physics from the University of Ibadan for his dissertation entitled: “Atomistic Simulation and Calculation of Optoelectronic Properties and Efficiency of Graphene-Anatase Based Magnesium Perovskite Solar Cell.” With over 35 years of experience in education and management, Olubi continues to ensure that Lifeforte stays true to its mission of enhancing lives via excellent education.
Pastor Johnson is the Nigeria Master Affiliate of Linux Professional Institute (LPI), the first and largest vendor-neutral Linux and Open Source certification body in the world.
He ensures the growth and adoption of Linux Open Source and Free Software by identifying the best partner organizations for LPI in Nigeria and English-speaking West African countries that are best suited for the task of promoting Linux professionalism in the region. Under his leadership, LPI Nigeria was awarded the fastest growing affiliate in the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region in its first year.
The LPI Innovation Hub (the first multi-disciplinary Hub in a sub-Saharan African University founded by an Open Source body) was built by Pastor Johnson and his wife Sarah Olubi-Johnson (Ph.D), in collaboration with LPI Global.
Pastor Johnson has a passion for young people and believes that through the activities at the LPI Innovation Hub and the networking it will provide, young men and women will be equipped in no small way to contribute significantly to building of the immediate community, the larger community and the nation as a whole.
FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER –
SARAH OLUBI -JOHNSON, (B.A., M.A., Ph.D.)
Sarah Olubi Johnson, a hand-maiden of the LORD with prophetic grace, and her husband, Pastor Olubi Johson, founded Lifeforte in 1990. Sarah continues to serve as the CEO and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lifeforte International High and Junior Schools.
She is the Vice-Chairperson Board of Trustees Elyon Koinonia Estate Developers Limited, Living Mercy Voice Foundation, a charity organization established by Scripture Pasture Christian Centre and Lifeforte Scholarship Foundation.
Sarah holds a Second Class Honours Upper Division Bachelors degree in English from the University of Jos and a Masters degree in English from the University of Ibadan where she specialized and earned a Ph.D in phonology. Prior to founding Lifeforte, Sarah was a lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Ibadan.
Sarah Olubi Johnson, has made significant contributions to improving educational opportunities for children in Africa and beyond. With over 40 years of experience in education, business and management, her unparalleled success as an educationist and astute businesswoman has earned her several accolades most notably the PSR Woman of Merit Gold Award, Leadership in Nigeria Education Gold Award, Grand Award for Productivity in Africa and a nomination for the TimeNews Development Achievers Merit Gold Award. Sarah was also the guest speaker at the Diamond Bank Plc 22nd Nationwide Business Xpress Seminar.
Under Sarah’s leadership, Lifeforte has grown from a vision into one of the best international schools in Africa with outstanding award-winning students and alumni who are impacting Nigeria, Africa, and the world.
Sarah is the author of the best seller business book “Dare to Dream and Succeed in a Harsh Economic Climate, RECESSION – RECOVERY”, a collaborative work with TELL Magazine. The Book both practical and inspiring, purchased in 2013 by First Bank Nigeria Plc has been used as a manual in the bank’s Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurial program. The book has also been impressively sponsored by Ogun State government and Nestoil Plc.
On pro bono basis, to promote good fundamental work and business ethics amongst Nigerian Youths, Sarah has also been a guest speaker at Lagos and Ogun State National Youth Service Camps and distributed the books on a large scale to Youth Corpers in Lagos, Ogun, Ondo and Ekiti States. Furthermore, Law School Students in Abuja are also recipients of this pro bono distribution.
Sarah, a lover of youths, also delivered a keynote address on her passion ‘Excellence’ at the Annual Personality Lecture and Honours Day of the University of Ibadan Medical Students Association, and more recently held a seminar on ‘Building a Successful Business in Nigeria’s Challenging Environment’ and made a book presentation at The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Young ‘Agripreneurs’ Event.
LIFEFORTE INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

MRS. GRACE AINA, (BSc. Hons. ZOOLOGY, PGDE)
Grace Aina is a founding staff member and Principal of Lifeforte International High School. She is a seasoned educationist with over 40 years of teaching and education administration experience, which has equipped her with the relevant multidimensional skill-sets required to oversee students and academic staff alike in both curricular and co-curricular school activities.
Grace was the first science teacher and the first Head of the Lifeforte Science Department. Prior to assuming her position as Principal in 2008, Grace served as the Vice-Principal from 2003-2008.
CHAPLAIN –
PASTOR GBOYEGA ADESIYAN, (BSc. MICROBIOLOGY, M.B.A.)
Gboyega Adesiyan is the official chaplain of Lifeforte International High School. With over 30 years of experience in Youth Ministry, Gboyega has encouraged thousands of youths to develop their God-given talents and strive for excellence. He is also the Executive Director of Right Choice Fitness Centre and a Senior Pastor at Scripture Pasture Christian Centre, Ibadan, Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from the Institute of Technology, New York.
CHIEF MEDICAL DIRECTOR –
DR. LANRE JOHNSON, (MBBS (Ib), FWACP (COMM. HEALTH.)
Lanre Johnson is the Chief Medical Director of Lifeforte International High and Junior Schools. He has over 34 years of experience as a Medical Doctor, and over 24 years of experience as the head of the Lifeforte Health and Medical Services department, which provides world-class health care to Lifeforte students, staff, and faculty.
Lanre is passionate about giving back to the community and helping underprivileged and vulnerable groups. He leads the school’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, which provide education, funding, support, and free health care services to at-risk children and youths in the greater Oyo State area. Lanre holds an MB:BS from the University of Ibadan and a Postgraduate Fellowship in Community Health from the University College Hospital, Ibadan where he worked as a Consultant before joining Lifeforte.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER –
MRS. SOLAPE ADESIYAN, (B.A. MSc. PUBLIC ADMIN.)
Solape Adesiyan is a founding staff member and Chief Operating Officer of Lifeforte International High School. She supervises all aspects of the school and hostel administration, ensuring excellence in all aspects of the school’s operation processes and infrastructure.
Solape joined Lifeforte in 1996 as the first School Administrator and has worked assiduously in the school management for over 27 years, making enormous contributions to the Lifeforte success story. Prior to assuming her position as Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Solape served as Executive Director, Administration for over 6 years. Solape obtained a B.A.in History and a M.Sc in Public Administration from University of Ibadan.
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR OF GOVERNANCE RISK AND COMPLIANCE –
MR OLUSEGUN OLUWATOSIN SOGBETUN,
(B.Sc. INSURANCE, M.B.A. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMA IN GOVERNANCE RISK & COMPLIANCE)
Mr Tosin Sogbetun is the International Director of Governance Risk and Compliance of Lifeforte Holdings and Investments. He is responsible for managing the broad issues of corporate governance, enterprise risk management (ERM) and corporate compliance with regard to regulatory requirements.
Tosin is an expert in compliance and financial crime for the banking industry. He is currently working as a Senior Business Manager at Citi Bank in London’s Canary Wharf overseeing global compliance in Equities and Cross-Products electronic trading. In the past, he has shared his expertise with various multi-national investment, commercial and retail banks in the United Kingdom including Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, BNY Mellon and Credit Suisse.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Insurance from Lagos State University and an MBA from Coventry University. He has completed two professional post-graduate diplomas from the International Compliance Association in Governance Risk and Compliance, as well as in Financial Crime. Furthermore, he is a Chartered member of the Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL HEALTH EDUCATION –
DR. ITUNUOLUWA JOHNSON-SOGBETUN

Dr. Itunu Johnson-Sogbetun is a UK-based General Practitioner with over a decade of experience in both the National Health Service and the private sector. Specializing in women’s health, sexual and reproductive health, and menopause care, she is a member of the British Menopause Society. Actively involved in the RCGP North West London Faculty Board, she leads initiatives promoting Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. Dr. Johnson-Sogbetun’s advocacy extends to her role in the Rock My Menopause Committee within the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum. She passionately champions health equity, notably through the HEAL courses initiative, addressing health issues affecting the Black community.
Beyond her medical career, Dr. Johnson-Sogbetun serves as a GP tutor and examiner at Queen Mary’s University of London Medical school. Balancing professional excellence with insights gained from personal healthcare challenges, she forges a unique connection with her patients. Dr. Itunu Johnson-Sogbetun embodies a holistic approach to healthcare, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her multifaceted roles. During this time, she also did further training and obtained a Diploma from the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health in March 2021. She has also done additional training in women’s health and the menopause and is currently completing her Advanced Certificate in Principles and Practice of Menopause Care from the British Menopause Society.
Outside of work, She enjoys being a mum, traveling, singing and painting.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BUDGET & FINANCE –
MRS. GLORIA ODUNTAN, (B.Sc FINANCE, ACA)
Gloria Oduntan is the Chief Financial Officer of Lifeforte International High School. She heads the Finance Department, ensuring judicious disbursement and utilization of the school’s finances.
Gloria is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. Prior to assuming her role as Chief Financial Officer in 2012, Gloria served as Director of Budget for over 6 years. Before joining Lifeforte, Gloria worked at: the Audit firm Coopers and Lybrand now PriceWaterhouse Coopers; Shell Petroleum Development Company as a Budget Accountant; and Odua Investment Company Limited as a part of the exclusive Senior Management team.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CURRICULUM AND STUDIES –
MR. TUNJI ODUNTAN, (BSc. ECONOMICS, FCA)
Tunji Oduntan is an Executive Director of Lifeforte International High School. He heads the Curriculum and Studies Department, which provides first-class academic coursework and extracurricular activities in the fine and performing arts, music, sports, debate, and public speaking.
Tunji has a passion for encouraging entrepreneurship and founded the Lifeforte Centre for Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation, which has enabled hundreds of students to combine their talents with entrepreneurial drive, creating small enterprises that have produced goods and services. Many of these goods and services produced have been sold with the proceeds donated to local charitable organizations and initiatives.
Tunji holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He spent several years as a Partner in an audit firm before joining Lifeforte. He also serves as a member of the Finance Committee providing insights into the financial management of the school.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MENTORING AND CHILD SUPPORT –
DR. KUNLE SOKOYA, (MB;BS (ib), FWACP)
Kunle Sokoya is an Executive Director of Lifeforte International High School. He heads the Mentoring and Child Support Department, which provides personalized academic and social support to students.
Under Kunle’s supervision, students at Lifeforte are assigned an Academic Mentor and a Student Life Advisor who ensure that each student maximizes his/her potential to achieve and reflect greatness. Kunle has over 34 years of experience as a Medical Doctor and Counselor. He holds an MB:BS degree from the University of Ibadan and a postgraduate in Psychiatry from the University College Hospital, Ibadan where he worked as a Consultant before joining Lifeforte.
With over 27 years of experience in Youth Ministy, Kunle also leads the Rose of Sharon Christian Fellowship, which provides Lifeforte children with an opportunity to discuss theological issues and faith.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SECURITY AND ENGINEERING SERVICES –
MR. WALE ADEKOYA, (BSc. MECH. ENG.)
Wale Adekoya is an Executive Director of Lifeforte International High School. He heads the security and engineering services department, overseeing the electronic security system, engineering initiatives, and the development of the school’s physical infrastructure. He is a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, registered by COREN. Prior to joining Lifeforte, he had spent 7 years working in mechanical design and construction.
Wale has a passion for creating graphics, web, and video content. He leads the Multimedia Club, which enables children to express themselves via the web, graphic design, and videos. He is also involved in the leading of the Rose of Sharon Christian Fellowship. Wale holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan.
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – MR. DOTUN ARIYO,(BSc. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, M.C.S.E., I.C.D.L.)
Dotun Ariyo is the Director of Information Technology of Lifeforte International High School. He heads the Information and Communication Technology Department, supervising the intranet, web strategy, and computer training.
Dotun has over 25 years of experience in systems design consulting, networking and computer based training. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ibadan and is internationally regarded as a skilled I.T. specialist.
HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES/ PRINCIPAL LEGAL ADVISER – MRS. DUROTOLU SOKOYA, (LL.B., B.L., LL.M)
Durotolu Sokoya is the legal advisor of Lifeforte International High School. In this role, she helps to shape the school’s policies and terms and conditions, providing strategic insights on all legal matters.
Durotolu is called to the bar and holds a LL.B. Hons degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a Masters degree in Law from Kings College University London.

HEADMISTRESS – MRS. ESTHER ALAO, (M.Ed. Ph.D)
Esther Alao is the Headmistress of Lifeforte International Junior School. She supervises all academic and administrative efforts and manages the staff, faculty, and student bodies, ensure that all aspects of the school are best-in-class.
Esther has over 30 years of teaching and management experience at Lifeforte, which has enabled her to successfully navigate the challenging role of being the chief disciplinarian. Esther keeps excellence as her watchword and has done a remarkable job of bringing out the very best in students, faculty, and staff via leading by example. Prior to assuming her role as Headmistress in 2006, Esther served as Deputy-Headmistress. Esther holds a Ph.D in Education from the University of Ibadan.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS & CURRICULUM – MRS. NKECHI ADEKOYA, (BSc. MICROBIOLOGY, MSc. VIROLOGY)
Nkechi Adekoya is the Managing Director of Operations & Curriculum at Lifeforte International Junior School. Nkechi is responsible for school operations, academic coursework, and extracurricular activities in the fine and performing arts, music, sports, debate, and public speaking.
Nkechi has over 30 years of teaching and education management experience at Lifeforte and is an important part of the school’s success story. Prior to assuming her role as Managing Director in 2006, Nkechi served as the head of the curriculum and studies department. Nkechi has a passion for etiquette and elocution training and established the Lifeforte Center for International Etiquette & Protocol Services, which teaches students at Lifeforte High and Junior Schools how to navigate cultural and social activities and to become more effective in multicultural environments and personal and professional dealings.
The courses designed by Nkechi for the Lifeforte Center for International Etiquette & Protocol Services are taught around the world at student clubs at leading educational institutions, such as Harvard University. Nkechi holds a Bachelors degree in Microbiology and a Masters degree in Virology from the University of Ibadan.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE – MRS. OREOLUWA JOHNSON, (BSc. BUS. ADMIN)
Oreoluwa Johnson is the Managing Director of Administration & Finance at Lifeforte International Junior School. She is also Director of Finance at Biscordint Travels.
Oreoluwa has over 25 years of finance and education management experience at Lifeforte and has made enormous contributions to its progress and development. She leads administration, business development, public relations, and financial management efforts. Prior to assuming her role as Managing Director in 2006, Oreoluwa served as the head of the administrative department. Oreoluwa has done an exceptional job of creating a collaborative environment between students, faculty, and staff that thrives on teamwork. Under her leadership, Lifeforte has developed into a strong family-oriented community providing unparalleled primary education to children in Ibadan. Oreoluwa holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
